DISCLAIMER
Modern Plastics is awarding a Garmin GPS Street Pilot 2620 to the winning entry that will be evaluated by Modern Plastics Management team for the most innovative customer service or business improvement suggestion that can be administered on a corporate basis. We're looking for that one brilliant suggestion that we've yet to implement here at Modern Plastics to enhance our customer service, value-added services, product line, etc. that will make for an improved customer satisfaction experience at Modern Plastics.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is limited to applicants who reside within the continental United States. Applicants must be age 18 or older. Employees of Modern Plastics (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses), or household members of each are not eligible for prize. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited.
ENTRIES
By submitting the "Customer Service/Business Improvement Suggestion" the applicant agrees to have their description and/or photo posted on the contest website. The applicant agrees to allow their text descriptions to be edited in length at the discretion of the contest manager. Applications, text, or photos that are not deemed appropriate for posting on the contest website may be rejected at the discretion of the contest manager.
PRIZE
A brand new Garmin Street Pilot 2620 GPS unit will be shipped via UPS RED LABEL shipment to the winning contestant entry to a location within the Continental US, and standard UPS shipping outside the Continental US. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
SELECTING THE WINNER
One winner will be selected. The best method of determining the winner will be at the sole discretion of Modern Plastics and is subject to change. The end date of the promotion will be determined by the Modern Plastics and is subject to change. The winner must have provided and be reachable at a valid phone number to accept the prizes. The finalized selection process, end date, and winner will be posted in PlasticSolutions™ Newsletter and on the Modern Plastics website.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity within 14 days of first attempted delivery of same. Acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner, by acceptance of prize, represents that he or she has complied with all rules of this contest and agrees to release Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees, suppliers and other coordinating agencies involved in the promotion from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any prize or participation in any prize related activities. By accepting prize, winner further acknowledges that Modern Plastics has not made and is in no manner liable or responsible for, any commission, profits, or other monetary awards as a result of their implemented suggestion by Modern Plastics as well as any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Entries become the property of Modern Plastics. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Modern Plastics. Modern Plastics is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries or mail. Modern Plastics assumes no responsibility for entries not received or partially received due to computer system hardware, software or program malfunctions, or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions, or network connections that are human or technical in nature regardless of cause. Modern Plastics reserves the right, in its sole discretion,to cancel or suspend the on-line portion of this contest should a virus, bugs or other causes beyond sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper management of the contest.
